Winter Yorkie Coloring Ideas and Christmas Printables

A winter coloring break can be as simple as one page, a few pencils and a comfortable place to sit. Choose a design you enjoy and give yourself a little room to experiment.

For Christmas-themed coloring, the Yorkie Christmas Fun Pack Vol. 1 is a paid printable PDF pack. If you would rather start with a free design, browse our free Yorkie coloring pages. That collection includes different themes; check the individual page before choosing your download.

Christmas Fun Pack Vol. 1 is a paid digital PDF pack to print at home. Free pages are available separately.

Choose your coloring format

A printable pack lets you select a page and use paper your printer supports. A printed book is another option if you prefer a physical copy. Yorkie Christmas Cheer is our printed holiday coloring book. Check its retailer listing for current edition details and delivery options.

The printed book, paid PDF pack and free pages are separate choices. Open the product or download page to see what is included and which use terms apply.

Try a winter light-and-shade challenge

Choose one blue, violet or gray pencil and test three levels of pressure on spare paper. Use the lightest shade for open areas, a middle shade for the Yorkie’s coat and a darker shade for a few details. Leave some areas white if you like.

If the picture has a seasonal detail, let that guide you. If it does not, enjoy the Yorkie design as it is. Changing your color choices gives a familiar page a different mood without turning it into new artwork. There is no need to finish everything in one sitting.

Make a little time on the winter solstice

In the Northern Hemisphere, the December 2026 solstice occurs on December 21 at 12:50 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. The U.S. Naval Observatory’s 2026 seasons data lists the time as 20:50 Universal Time. You could mark the day with a quiet coloring session and a note about something you enjoyed this year.

Carry the idea into the New Year

Keep a separate piece of paper beside your coloring page. Write down a favorite Yorkie memory, a color combination you want to try, or one small creative habit for the coming year. Keep the note with your finished page. An existing design works for this activity; it does not need a new year printed on it.

Before you print

Save the PDF and follow its own paper-size guidance. Check the edges in your printer’s preview, choose the pages you need and print single-sided. Follow the use terms on the download page. Share the page link with a friend so they can choose and download their own copy.
